A great deep dive, thanks! I've tried to look at Portugal on the charts because I think they're doing a much better job at seizing the opportunity to attract individuals and companies. There are many other factors but Internet speed is so important for a country's attractiveness.
You are absolutely right, internet speed is very important, especially for advanced technical / digital work. While an individual (even a remote worker) might be fine where we are today, if we want to bring/create more valuable tech companies and R&D in Greece, we need to step up the game.
